Based in London and Bologna, Studio Incorpora is an Italian wedding and event planning boutique which specialises in destination weddings in Italy but is also available in the UK and in Europe. Covering a variety of services that go from the venue search to the full event planning, Studio Incorpora is fuelled by a passion for beauty, a firm business background and a wealth of Italian traditions and heritage.
Giulia Incorpora is the creative mind behind the Studio. A native of Italy, she naturally instils in all of her event planning a delicate Italian flare. Owing to her business mindset, her approach to event planning is thorough, transparent and professional.
In being independent planners, we at Studio Incorpora provide a bespoke, unbiased range of suppliers for your event or wedding. Put simply, everything is tailored to fit your individual needs and wishes. We can also offer a dynamic network of niche, often not on the high street professionals, which will cover all those event-related services to make you live a 360 degrees experience in your event planning, e.g. elopement session, honeymoon planning and storytelling services.
“It’s all about meaningful choices”
We are not a big agency.
We work only on a selected number of events per year, treating each of them as though it were the only one. Each couple, company and client is of utmost importance. Every wedding and event is a project with a life and soul of its own. We believe that what really sets a wedding apart is not finding the prettiest or most unusual arrangements on the market, but rather making meaningful choices for you as a couple, possibly on every single detail. This is why we love to know our clients’ stories and endeavour to incorporate these into the woodwork of the event, representing their personality throughout. For Studio Incorpora this is the true definition of ‘unique’.
About Giulia Incorpora
Giulia Incorpora is an Italian event planner based in London.
With an MSc in Management from Bocconi University, she began her career in digital marketing within the beauty industry in Milan. Moving to London she progressed into advertising, working in the account management of a fashion retail client. These combined experiences provided an excellent background in project management and creative thinking. Moved by a personal passion, she trained with the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, to soon realise event planning was the natural next step of her career. In this profession indeed her two souls, the organisational and the creative one, could find the perfect bond.
This is briefly the CV-style presentation: and now a bit of who I am.
I was born in Bologna, a city that effortlessly shaped my taste for beauty and nurtured my desire to passionately live my aspirations.
My biggest source of inspiration however was probably my grandfather – an artist, writer and archeologist. Although he lived far from me, in the southernmost part of Southern Italy, he filled my childhood with poetry, mythology and art.
I love beauty in a broad sense. And that’s probably why I do this job – dealing with the ultimate celebration of life is a privilege that I acknowledge. I know that each and every detail will contribute to the overall success of your Wedding Day or event. And this is why I am entirely committed to all of my responsibilities, from perfectly fastening every bow onto each of your wedding favors, to responding to the thousandth email from the same supplier.
I am all about authentic savoir-faire and craftsmanship. This inspires me to seek unique and exceptional solutions for the couples, regardless of their budget, with the ultimate objective of assisting them in transforming their vision into reality.
I have lived in Italy, France, India, and the UK. I speak Italian, English, French and Spanish. I am the wife of a dentist and the mother of Aurora. I am an amateur calligrapher.
